License and Reputation

The operator behind Voodoo Dreams is SuprPlay Ltd. This company is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission on account number xxx. They are also licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority. A UK license provides slots players with assurance that a site is fair, safe and secure. Voodoo Dreams is a small site so it doesn’t have the reputation of a big brand and there are only just over 200 reviews on TrustPilot and 50 on Ask Gamblers. On both sites there are quite a few negative comments about slow withdrawals and verification and one or two about the tight wagering restrictions (30x the bonus plus deposit). You should be aware that Voodoo Dreams does run some slots at low RTP rates. Some games are even set to less than 90% – Book of Dead from Play n Go is at 87.25% and Hand of Anubis from Hacksaw Gaming is set to 88.41% for example. This is not ideal as it sets the odds further in favour of the house. The minimum withdrawal is £20 and there are no fees. Reports on processing times are conflicting. Our own experience has been that they are generally good, coming in at under 12 hours. However, as we already mentioned, reports in TrustPilot suggest that transactions can sometimes be held up for up to a week by account verification.

Summary

Voodoo Dreams is a good slot site with a nice sign-up deal including no wagering free spins, a massive game selection and a nice cashier with plenty of payment options. There is also a nice weekly cashback deal that is an unusual bonus for UK players.
