As a relatively small casino Magical Vegas does not have many player reviews on TrustPilot. The few that are there have some negative feedback about withdrawals which they say are slow. However, this does not align with our own experiences as described below. What is noticeable is that the support team have taken the time to respond to complaints raised on TrustPilot. You can see their replies published below any negative comments. This kind of attention to detail seems to be typical of this brand and reflects well on their attitude to customer support.

Elsewhere, on Ask Gamblers, Magical Vegas has an average Player Review score of 5.7/10 with some reviewers saying the site needs fresher promotions and games and others complaining about tight wagering restrictions on bonuses. Magical Vegas has a simple website. It is not a huge brand so don’t expect lots of pizazz. Instead, you get a straight-forward blue and purple background on which the game images sit, underneath the site’s own starry logo. Functionally its good, easy to navigate and the account area, which pops out from the right of the screen, clearly sets out your balance, available bonuses and area to set your own spend limits.

If you decide to go ahead and register, you’ll find sign-up takes just a minute or two. It’s a 3-step form requiring your full name, address and mobile number. Very easy to complete, then you’re ready to make your first deposit and start playing.

The slots list at Magical Vegas is not as full as we’ve seen elsewhere. There are around 800 games in total from 50 providers. Lots of big names are represented, including Play n Go, WMS, Thunderkick, Push Gaming and Games Global (Microgaming) but there are some notable omissions too, including Nolimit City and Relax Gaming.

This site is very strong on jackpots with over 100 listed in total. These include Blueprint Gaming’s Jackpot King network, the Wowpots from Games Global and Red Tiger’s Must Drop games. This is a good deal for those making big deposits as the cap on the deposit match bonus is higher than many sites. However, the wagering requirements are high at 30x the bonus plus deposit. That means, if you deposit £20 and get £20 bonus you’ll need to wager £1,200 before any winnings become withdrawable. There is also a cap on how much of your winnings you can withdraw and it is 5x the value of your bonus, or £100 for a £20 bonus. That 30x wagering requirement also applies to any winnings from your free spins.

These are some of the strictest wagering terms we’ve seen and it aligns with some of the comments we saw online from real players.

There is also a loyalty program that rewards you for all real money bets by crediting your account with ‘Moolahs’. These are basically loyalty points that can be redeemed for bonuses at a rate of £1 for every 1,000 Moolahs. These bonuses come with a 10x wagering requirement which is at least more reasonable. However, it is not clear from the terms how much wagering earns you each Moolah which is poor because it means they can change the earning rate without telling you.

It feels like there is room for improvement in the promotions at Magical Vegas. Big bonuses are offset by strict wagering terms and there could be more variation and more regular offers.

You can deposit at Magical Vegas with debit cards, Paypal or Paysafecard which are amongst the most popular options. The site has a low minimum deposit of just £5 which means you can try out the games for just a small amount though that won’t qualify you for the sign-up deal that starts at £20. There are no transaction fees.

Magical Vegas positions itself as a fast withdrawal slot site. In their FAQs they say, ‘most withdrawals are processed instantly’. This is unusual as most casinos take up to 24 hours, sometimes longer, to process payments. In our own experience of using this site we have found that withdrawals take longer than stated, usually between 5 hours and 12 hours. This is still quick but not as quick as they claim.

Summary

Magical Vegas is a small site with fewer slots than many rivals. However, with the name of a big operator name behind it, it is also one of the most trusted sites in our list, and one with excellent customer support and fast withdrawals. The wagering terms are steep and the experience could be improved with more offers each week, but on balance this is a solid choice for your slots play.
