Overview

Originally launched as a sportsbook in 2016, Kwiff added a casino to its product offering later that year. Today, it features a little under 1,000 games, including a first-class live casino and hundreds of slots. Among these are a number of all-time classics, from the likes of Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, mixed in with the very latest titles. It is also a good choice if you want your payouts fast - most withdrawals are processed in just a few hours.

We scored Kwiff Casino 8/10.

License and Reputation

This brand is operated by Kwiff Limited, which is owned by Eaton Gate Gaming Limited. Several notable gambling industry figures feature among the company’s C-suite, with well over 40 years worth of experience between them.

Eaton Gate Gaming is accredited by the UK Gambling Commision, and Kwiff casino operates under remote license number 044448-R-323408-017.

As a regulated casino, Kwiff is part of GAMSTOP, the UK’s nationwide self-exclusion program. In addition, it offers a number of other responsible gambling tools, including daily, weekly and monthly loss limits, plus reality checks.

It’s also possible to opt out of specific products, take temporary time-outs of up to six weeks, or self-exclude from Kwiff.

Website

As an independent operator, rather than a white label, Kwiff looks a little different to most online casinos. However, I’m not convinced that’s a good thing in this particular case.

For one, the purple, white and black colour scheme is not the prettiest – though I appreciate that’s highly subjective.

Kwiff Casino Home Page

The main casino lobby uses frames, something I’ve not seen in nearly 20 years. It makes scrolling with a mouse pretty awkward at times.

In fairness, the website looks much better on mobile. And that’s just as well, since Kwiff only offers a sportsbook app at the moment.

Games

With almost 1,000 games, Kwiff isn’t the biggest casino in the UK – but we’ve certainly seen smaller. Perhaps more importantly, though, the quality is right up there with the best.

Expect to see titles from major providers such as Games Global, Light & Wonder and Playtech, for example.

Like most sites, the majority of games are slots. However, it’s also possible to play RNG table games, scratch cards and video bingo, and there’s a top-notch live casino.

Online Slots

Kwiff offers a strong selection of casino slots, in terms of themes, features and betting limits.

A diverse library features plenty of popular mechanics, including Infinity Reels, Gigablox and Megaways titles. You can play games from just 10p per spin, rising to a meaty £200.

There are progressive jackpots, too – most notably the WowPot series, which promises multi-million pound wins. Fans of Mega Moolah slots will be disappointed, though, as those titles aren’t present.

Kwiff Casino Game Menu

Entertaining and Practical Categories

Scrolling through the lobby reveals fun categories like “Myths and Legends”, which groups together popular slots like Gates Of Olympus by Pragmatic Play’s and Yggdrasil’s Atlantis Megaways.

Look out, too, for “The Ranch”, a collection of farming and wildlife-themed games, plus a section simply dubbed “Riches”. This collates all of the games whose title contains that word, such as the iconic Rainbow Riches series, and Piggy Riches by NetEnt.

Playing Gigantoonz at Kwiff Casino

Our favourite category though, is the one containing dozens of “Book Of” slots, amusingly referred to as “Kwiff’s Library”. Naturally, this includes titles from the seminal Rich Wilde series, including Book Of Dead, plus a number of Pragmatic Play’s John Hunter games.

Expert Opinion: “Kwiff casino covers pretty much everything a slots fan could wish for. It’s just much smaller than sites like SlotsMagic or PlayFrank, so it only scores 8/10.”

Live Dealer

The Kwiff live casino offers comprehensive coverage, featuring the entire catalogue of the industry’s three biggest providers: Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Playtech.

Alongside obvious favourites like blackjack and roulette, you can play a number of baccarat and casino poker games. There’s also a dedicated section for VIP tables, which is a welcome touch.

Few UK casinos can match the selection of game shows. Look out for Big Bad Wolf Live from Playtech, Deal Or No Deal by Evolution and Pragmatic Play’s Treasure Island in particular.

Other Games

As you’d expect, Kwiff casino provides the opportunity to play classic RNG table games, including blackjack, roulette and baccarat. These are supplied by such reputable developers as Gamevy, Switch Studios and Inspired Gaming.

It’s also possible to play Real Dealer Studios titles, which are built to resemble live casino games. Our favourite is Vinnie Jones Roulette, hosted by the former football hardman and Hollywood actor.

Other options include video poker, plus several bingo games from Play’n GO. My favourite is Sweet Alchemy Bingo, based on the popular slot from the same developer.

Bonuses

There aren’t many ongoing promotions to discuss at Kwiff casino. The only notable offer is a small reload bonus, which only applies to selected slots. However, there is a sign-up incentive.

Sign-Up Deal

Unlike most casinos, Kwiff doesn’t supply a deposit match offer. Instead, you’ll have the chance to earn up to 200 free spins on the Play’n GO slot Book Of Dead.

These are spread across your first five days, split into batches of 40. If you miss a day, those free spins will be lost.

To collect your 40 spins, simply wager £20 of real money on any slot in the casino.

Each spin is worth £0.10 and there’s no wagering requirement on the winnings. However, you’ll be limited to a maximum withdrawal of £250 from each group of 40 spins.

Expert Opinion: “ I applaud Kwiff for trying to do something different with its welcome bonus. But this works out at £20 worth of play for £100 in deposits. You get £10 worth of spins at Hot Streak Casino without depositing a penny!”

Spotlight Slots

Every week, Kwiff casino highlights a new slot game. To help promote the featured title, as well as rewarding loyal players, you could earn ten free spins for use on that particular game.

To claim your reward, just deposit and wager at least £10 on any slots during the promotional period.

Loyalty Program

Sadly, the loyalty program at Kwiff only applies to the sportsbook.

You can earn £5 free bets by wagering £10 throughout the week, but there’s nothing for casino players at the moment.

Tournaments

There may not be many bonuses, but Kwiff casino is the home of big money tournaments, with multiple contests running all year round.

Aside from Pragmatic Play’s ongoing Drops & Wins promo, which randomly awards £2 million every month, there were three other promos running when I wrote this review.

First of all, there’s the year-long Jackpot Splash event, where you could win a share of £1.5 million by playing progressive jackpots. But weekly and monthly leaderboards can also be found, including a Playtech promotion which offers six-figure prize pools.

Cashier

The Kwiff casino cashier is near flawless, with plenty of options, fair limits and reasonable transaction times.

Deposits

All of the standard deposit options you’d expect are present, including Visa and Mastercard debit cards, plus PayPal, EcoPayz and bank transfers.

Although you can’t use Neteller or Skrill, this is a minor inconvenience given the presence of PayPal.

The minimum deposit requirement of £5 is extremely low, which I always like to see. In addition, you won’t be charged transaction fees, and deposits reflect in your wallet immediately.

Withdrawals

The same choice of deposit methods is available for withdrawals, with an identical limit of just £5. Again, major plus points for keeping this nice and low, ensuring casual players are welcome.

Payout times are average, taking up to 48 hours to process internally. That’s not the quickest, meaning we can’t award full marks for this section of our Kwiff review. But it’s not exactly bad, either.

Customer Support

Need assistance with your Kwiff account? Click “Help” in the left-hand menu, then choose “FAQs”. This opens a searchable database of handy hints that tackle the most common issues.

If that doesn’t solve your problem, you can only email the support team on help@kwiff.com, or use the “Live Chat” link. However, this is only available from 9am until midnight.

Contact live chat outside of operational hours and you’ll need to complete a simple form, sharing your name and contact details. You’ll then receive an automated email, inviting you to create a Zendesk account. If you don’t, you won’t receive an answer.

Expert Opinion:“I got a reply to my query 24 minutes after the support agents started their shift. Given the overnight queue that must have built up, that seems pretty good.”

Summary

Kwiff boasts many of the hallmarks of a great online casino. For instance, the slots library is strong, and the live casino even better.

Additionally, its cashier is packed with reliable and convenient payment methods, while the limits are fair and there are no hidden fees.

However, the site’s been around for roughly a decade now, and I’d like to think it could have improved in that time. For me, everything about Kwiff is good, but nothing is truly outstanding.

My score of 8/10 reflects this sentiment. With the addition of more games, a native casino app and 24/7 support, Kwiff would be an exceptional site.
